When the light was returned it wasn't working. Jon drove over 4 hours from Hampshire to Cornwall with a rebuilt unit and swapped it out, replacing the trim and testing it before leaving. Can't say fairer than that. I think in normal circumstances this would be a swift and efficient service. I will use him again when no doubt the Aston's other rear light packs up!
